Maroon Bells (Mountains), Colorado
I crawled out of my tent at 3:30 that morning to see the day’s first rays of light touch the mountains and the lake. I was the only one at each spot I went to. 330 miles away from the little town I live in, but I felt like I was exactly where I needed to be. It’s hard to explain what a morning like this does for my soul. All I know is I am always left wanting more of them.
